You could use [Forgot Password] function. The system will send a new password to your spare mailbox.

It's possible that the spare mailbox wasn't set correctly.
Please write an email to admin@alum.ccu.edu.tw to request a correction of sparemail address.
Some typos like gmail.com.tw and gamil.com are quite common errors.
I forgot my student ID, where can I look it up?
The student ID is printed on the diploma. Or you can contact the Division of Curriculum and Instruction in the office of Academic affairs.

Are system administrtors be able to access to the data in my account?
Our system administrators follow the Google Security and Privacy policy for management purpose.Although Google provides some functions for system administrators to retrieve the data in user's account, the functions will not be activated unless we are requested by laws, regulations, or violation of this service agreement.
